8 months & Graduation

Reagan is 8 months old. Time flies too fast.

Likes:

• rolling
• eating (especially stuff she's not supposed to have - i.e. our food and paper)
• remotes and telephones
• being free!!!

Dislikes:

• not being free
• not having her way

Size:

• depends on the brand....6-12 mos and even some 12 - 18 mos!
• 4 diapers

She is the cutest sweetest baby.  She's so cuddly and loves to have our attention. She is trying to crawl but knows how to manipulate between rolls and military crawls/scoots to get to where she wants to be.  She also tries to 'stand' independently.  I believe she will be a little feisty girl and will not be as much of a talker as her big sis.

I LOVE BEING A MOTHER.  I believe that being a wife and mother are my sole purpose in life.

Adjectives

Words I would use to describe my life right now:

• Busy
• Messy 
• Anxiety
• Challenging
• Joyful....

and in need a 'Mom Maintenance' Day (i.e. mani, pedi, hair, some shopping) OR in other words a little time to BREATH.

This is my reality.  I am a working mom of two.  I am a working wife and mom of two...almost forgot about the wife part.  

Is everyday rainbows and candy?  No.  (I could only share those moments but feel that it's important to document the times when I feel like this also.)

Would I change anything right now?  Honestly, if I could I would BUT I know that everything I am dealing with right now will make me a stronger person and is all a part of God's plan.

I am so lucky to have the best husband and sweetest girls to keep me focused on what's really important.

That's all I want to say right now.  

Four Family

"One...two...three...four.  We are a 'four family'!  And Jaiden Nel are a 'two family'! We have three girls and one boy....three and one makes four".

This is how the term 'four family' was coined.  Thank you to 3 year old little Ryan and her super magnificent ability to do the math.

Now that we are a 'four family' I am going to try to do a better job of logging our girls milestones.  I struggled keeping up with this blog with just one child, so we'll see how I do with two.  Two GIRLS that is.

Introducing....

Miss Reagan (1 week old).

Born September 23, 2013, 2 1/2 weeks early but just as perfect as she could be.

Here is the first picture of the RC girls together.

Love. Love. LOVE.  If I ever doubted knowing what true LOVE is, these two and their daddy remind me everyday.

The first few weeks home were challenging to say the least.  We still have our days but overall I'd say we have adjusted well.  So thankful that God has blessed us the way He has.  God is awesome.

Fast forward to today....

Reagan is now 6 months old...

and her big sister Ryan is 3 years old.

All about Reagan:
Likes

• Rattles (aka anything she can make noise with)
• Sitting up (she thinks she's a big girl)
• Ryan (her personal comedian)

Dislikes

•  Not having her way....if she wants to be held you better recognize and pick her up ASAP!
• Tummy time

All about Ryan:

Likes

• Anything princess and Frozen (if I hear "Let It Go" one more time...)
• Talking, talking, talking
• Playing in her room (tea party, cooking, reading, DRAWING AND WRITING)

Dislikes

• When mommy and daddy tell her what to do ("why do you always have to say that to me"...ummm because I'm the mommy and I can say what I want)
• Red food/drinks (she will not touch a strawberry, red grapes, fruit punch, or any kind of punch)
• Going to bed

That's our update.  I have so much to say.  I hope I can manage to keep up with it.
